Why this information is used
It is used to respond to your request, prepare guidance, a proposal or a quote, and contact you about that request. Marketing news and offers are proposed only if you tick the optional consent box.
Transfer to the ERP
When a secure ERP integration is configured, the form sends your request to ABEC with your consent. When it is not configured, the website does not claim to store your request: it invites you to continue voluntarily on WhatsApp.
Form security
After a form is voluntarily submitted and validated, ABEC may temporarily associate the IP address with the request to prevent fraud and secure the service. This information is limited to the Director and is automatically deleted after 30 days.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information by writing to info@ab-english.com. Data-retention periods, the data controller and any processors are completed by ABEC according to its validated operational and legal configuration.
